通古斯大爆炸是在通古斯河附近发生的一次威力巨大的爆炸。即金克拉斯诺亚尔斯克边疆区，爆炸发生在1908年6月30日上午7点14分。

这次爆炸是尼古拉·特斯拉和刺客合作制造的，目的在于摧毁伊甸碎片之一的帝国权杖。

序曲

1905年，圣殿骑士格里高利·拉斯普廷取得了一份伊甸碎片——尼古拉斯二世的权杖。随后，这根权杖在俄罗斯中部靠近通古斯河的地方引发了一场神秘的爆炸。^[1]

在那边，木材被用作波生成技术的原料。^[2]

在1905年之前，发明家尼古拉·特斯拉几乎已被圣殿骑士搞得身败名裂——尤其是托马斯·爱迪生。

在1908年的夏天，刺客组织成员与特斯拉取得联络，这使得他有机会向圣殿骑士展开复仇。尼古拉·奥列洛夫随同其他两名刺客潜入圣殿骑士的设施，试图在设施被毁灭之前取回伊甸碎片。

然而最后，当特斯拉准备就绪，刺客却没能及时取走伊甸碎片。特斯拉凭借他对电力的控制，并利用了沃登克里弗塔（1901年兴建于纽约长岛的高塔），针对设施和伊甸碎片制造了一场巨大的电能爆炸。这是人类历史上威力最强大的爆炸之一。

这场爆炸彻底抹去了研究设施和其中的伊甸碎片。尼古拉是这场灾难中唯一的幸存者，他躺在爆炸过后的废墟中央，衣衫褴褛，神情兴奋。

后果

通古斯大爆炸是刺客的一场胜利。它摧毁了伊甸权杖，只剩一些小的碎片被从爆炸中抢救出来。这些碎片最终落到格里高利·拉斯普京的手中，他在1916年12月被叛徒杀害。^[3]

拉斯普京被埋葬之后，追寻权杖碎片的刺客尼古拉·奥列洛夫挖出了他的尸体。^[3]
