记忆组件（Mnemonics sets）是Facebook游戏《刺客信条：传承计划》中的游戏机制。每套由四个组件组成，当组合在一起时，可在有限的时间内获得某些增强。它们的获取方式类似于执行记忆时的偶然发现，并在数据转储扫描仪的“装备”下看到。

记忆组件在各个方面提供了有用的奖励，例如获得弗罗林、动作点（AP）或经验（XP），以及制作和玩家对战时物品和组件的掉落率。可以每20小时组合一次相同的记忆组件，每个效果持续相同的时间。来自不同章节的某些组件也具有相同的效果，并且可以同时激活几种效果。^[1]
