The Valley of the Two Kings formed one of the northern regions of Lakonia, Greece. One of the smallest regions in Lakonia, it bordered both the Pass of the Warriors and the Limnai Marsh. Starting in the north at the border with Arkadia, it spanned the whole pass up until it bordered with the city of Sparta in the south.
During the Peloponnesian War the misthios Kassandra explored the area.[1]
Trivia[]
- The region's name references the Two Kings of Sparta, a joint rulership between a king of the Agiad dynasty and the Eurypontid dynasty.
