Hey Arsenal Ahmed,
With regards to your recent edits, I wanted to make you aware of the fact that information you add needs to have a reference. If you're familiar with academic writing, that's basically it: you're saying where the information you're adding came from. That source can be any piece of AC media: a game, a comic, a novel, a movie, etc. Please have a look at our articles to see how references are used. If you need any help, feel free to shoot me a message.
As an aside, try to not constantly rephrase the same information - your last edit on Violet's article was very reminiscent of what you added on other articles like the Instruments of the First Will. Try to stick to what is relevant and don't speculate. Thanks for reading Crook The Constantine District 23:26, December 27, 2016 (UTC)
I would also like to notify you that your attitude in your recent summary does not correspond with our policies and we'd like to see a more respectful and mature attitude from you in the future. Your contributions are welcome, but please do so in good manners. -- Master Sima Yi Talk 15:15, December 29, 2016 (UTC)
Hey Callum, I just noticed your recent edit to Eagle Vision with the inclusion of "Eagle Scrying". Do you have a source that this is the name for this ability? Sol Pacificus(Cyfiero) 23:00, September 10, 2017 (UTC)
I've already discussed this with Xangr8 on their talk page. Unless a source can be provided which identifies the Instruments' religion as "Isu Paganism", we should not use the term. Aside from being made up, the term also implies that the Instruments worship all Isu, instead of only Juno. There's also the fact that the term "Paganism" in general is not a term used by the groups it is referring to. The Wikia Editor (talk) 14:42, September 26, 2017 (UTC)
Assassin and Templar religion parameters
Hey Callum, I realized I may have been a bit unnecessarily vexed over this and was too quick to lump you in with many other editors who made changes similar to the ones you did to the religion parameters for the Assassins and Templars. I owe you a clearer explanation. The religion parameters describes the religion officially endorsed by the organization itself not its religious demographics. For example, even if individual members may have been Christian or Muslim, the religion parameter should not reflect this because the organizations themselves are irreligious. The religious affiliations of individual members is apart from their affiliation with either of the two organizations. Sol Pacificus(Cyfiero) 15:17, October 6, 2017 (UTC)
- For Apophis we should wait until the game is released. Otherwise, we can't confirm that the giant snake really is Apophis. Sol Pacificus(Cyfiero) 19:27, October 7, 2017 (UTC)
Edits on Medunamun
Hey Callum, I appreciate you trying to help out with the article Medunamun. :) However, I put a header that specified I was in the process of working on it, and when that header is up, you're technically not supposed to edit the page beyond minor, grammatical fixes. Your edits weren't disruptive, but I reverted it anyways because in continuing my work on it, I found it easier to just continue from where I left off.
