Syndicate (My Opinion, Expectations & Your Thoughts)
So since I've been writing a lot of comments on Sima's main blog, I thought it would be easier just to make my own blog. Basically, what I'm going to do is talk about my expectations & general opinion on what we know. So let's get to it...
So by this point, I'm sure you all know how I feel about the whole dual protagonists concept, but I haven't really discussed how I feel the game will actually turn out. And well, the answer to that question is that I feel the game will be really good.
Conceptually, I think Ubi have come up with something solid & functional. The whole idea of making your own gang to combat the Templars is something we've never seen before, & the game appears to be going for a slightly darker atmosphere than seen in previous…
Battle Time! (2)
So, I think that the last battle was received well enough to warrant a second one (if not please tell me). Today this battle will be between...
- Aveline
- Shao Jun
This fight is set around Ezio's home in the countryside of Tuscany. Both Aveline & Shao Jun have all their equipment from their respective media (Aveline is in her assassin outfit).
So who do you think would win?
Battle Time!
I want to propose something that isn't done much around here. You see, I spend a lot of time looking over battle threads on websites such as Comicvine & I always find people's views very interesting. So I want your opinions on who you would expect to win in a fight between AC characters. I know we have the pit in the Crimson polls & all, but I would like a more thorough opinion than just a name. If people like this, I would love to come up with new battles now & again.
So for this battle, I want to keep it simple (as in well-known characters) & large. Here are the fighters:
- Ezio
- Altair
- Connor
- Edward
- Haytham
- Aveline
- Nikolai
- Aquilus
- Adewalé
- Arbaaz Mir
So, this is an all out fight to the death. The location can be the memory corridor (because it's blank)…
Middle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor
Hi guys! How are we all doing today? You may have noticed my happy tone. Well that's because I got an A on my English exam; just one mark of an A*... damn. Oh well, I'm still happy :)
Before you all start telling me off for making a blog about an unrelated game, I would just like to say how amazing I think this game looks. I don't know if any of you lot have heard of it, but I have literally just discovered it a few minutes ago & I have to say that this looks like the greatest game I have ever seen since Assassin's Creed & Dishonored. If you know me at all, you should understand how large a statement that is, as those are my two favourite franchises.
So, up to now you may be wondering what all the fuss is about & why I think it's better (jus…
Freedom Cry & ACV
So I've decided to make this blog for the simple reason that nobody seems to be talking on any of the others. I understand that debate about the next AC game has been done to death, but with the recent release of Freedom Cry, I see now as a good time to continue this debate. I wouldn't really see any links to the next game had Ubi themselves not brought it up, so throughout the DLC I kept a keen eye out for any subtleties.
I will warn you that this blog may contain some major spoilers regarding the DLC, but do be aware that the DLC is quite short & the bulk of the plot revolves around slavery, which I will not be getting into as it has no relevance to what I want to say.
Before I begin, I would like to talk about my experience with the DLC &…
