The Eyes of the King was a virtual representation of one of Arno Dorian's genetic memories, relived by a Helix initiate through the Helix Navigator.
Description[]
Having heard rumors about the Cult of the Iron Mask, Arno decided to investigate.
Dialogue[]
Having discovered the gathering place of the cultists, Arno went there and arrived during one of their ceremonies. Not carrying an iron mask like the rest of them, they attacked him.
- Cultist 1: An intruder!
- Cultist 2: He does not belong!
- Cultist 3: Protect the Guest!
After he had killed all the cultist present in in the basement, Arno discovered a note left by the Grand Master of the cult, revealing that in order to open the secret room, three keys were needed. Arno secured the keys by killing its three guardians, Masters of the Iron Mask located in various part of the town, and went back to the original gathering place. There, he opened the secret room, revealing a richly decorated bedroom. In it, by reading the memoirs of Louis XIV, Arno discovered that "the Guest", whose return was announced by a prophecy according to the cultists, was in fact the Sun King.
- Arno: The Guest. Louis XIV. I don't think he is coming back.
Outcome[]
Arno killed all the members of the cult.
