Tekton was a Greek carpenter and shipwright who lived during the 5th century BCE.
Bigoraphy[]
Tekton, along with his brother, was taught his craft by his father. In the summer of 432 BCE, however, pirates slew Tekton's father, and the brothers harbored hatred towards the bandits ever since.[1]
Around 431 BCE, Tekton talked his brother to a voyage aboard a ship. Despite his brother's dislike of the sea, he agreed. While sailing in the Gulf of Korinth, pirates attacked their ship, killing most of the crew and taking Tekton's brother to their hideout on a nearby island. Tekton himself was shipwrecked on the shores of the Isle of Thisvi.[1]
Fortunately for Tekton, the Spartan misthios Kassandra found him and agreed to help him. In return for her aid, Tekton joined the crew of the Adrestia.[1]
Behind the scenes[]
The name of Tekton, a character in Assassin's Creed: Odyssey, is based on the Greek word τέκτων (téktōn), meaning 'craftsman, carpenter, builder'.
His unique avatar can be Common, Rare, or Epic, with Epic being much rarer than Common or Rare.
