I am not sure at all about this, but it seems like only the Inca Empire has ever appeared in Assassin's Creed not Peru itself? The article cites AC2 glyphs, but if it only references some Inca landmarks, I don't think this is enough to constitute an appearance or mention of Peru. I forgot if the Spanish have already seized formal control of the land during the events of Assassin's Creed Volume 2: Setting Sun. Sol Pacificus(Cyfiero) 10:33, May 7, 2020 (UTC)

It appears in Setting Sun, with the besieged Cuzco being featured, but as part of the Inca Empire not the modern Peru. Maxattac (talk) 12:10, May 7, 2020 (UTC)
But that is my point. If it is the Inca Empire which appears in the comics and only the Inca Empire, then Peru did not appear in the comic. The Republic of Peru or its colonial predecessor, the Viceroyalty of Peru, is a different state from the Inca Empire, not the land on which the Inca Empire sat on. Technically every modern country has appeared in the series through the world map that formed the basis of Assassin's Creed: Initiates. -- Master Sima Yi Talk 13:14, May 7, 2020 (UTC)
So should we create an article for every modern country then? Sol Pacificus(Cyfiero) 19:33, May 7, 2020 (UTC)
No, I think we should only create pages for countries where something of importance actually happened in the series otherwise we'll end up with a lot of unnecessary stub pages. But due to the world map appearing in Initiates, we can without a doubt say that every country in the modern world also exists in the series. -- Master Sima Yi Talk 11:04, May 9, 2020 (UTC)
So I just had time to double-check the comic, and the entire story of Quila is set after the Inca Empire had already been conquered by the Spanish, where the area was officially the province of Peru in the Spanish Empire. It would be constituted as the Viceroyalty of Peru a few years afterwards. I have removed the deletion tag. Sol Pacificus(Cyfiero) 02:09, May 9, 2020 (UTC)
