Title/name?[]

Are we treating "madonna" as a name or a title? Personally, I've always taken it as a title, especially in regards to madame Solari... Sadelyrate (talk) 22:04, March 20, 2013 (UTC)

Strictly speaking, "madonna" (witha lowercase 'm') is an address, coming from the Italian for my lady. Throughout the game she is identified as "Madonna Solari", with a highercase "M", which would, technically, make it a part of her name. Personally I'm for getting rid of it, but those are the rules, grammatically speaking. --Jasca Ducato Council Chamber Assassination record 00:08, March 21, 2013 (UTC)
Similarly, the word "madame" is also capitalized in the subtitles, and yet it's not treated as a name. Sadelyrate (talk) 10:15, March 21, 2013 (UTC)
Since nobody came into this conversation in favour of keeping it as is, I'm going to go ahead and (somewhat belatedly) move the page. --Jasca Ducato (talk | contributions) 16:53, December 18, 2013 (UTC)
Personally, I think this should moved back to Madonna Solari, as we have Mrs. Carroll and Madame Levene now. I'm proceeding to do that myself. I'll also add a note explaining that Madonna is an address. --Piero.schiavone1994 (talk) 20:58, May 12, 2017 (UTC)
I was about to say I disagree with this move back because I don't think titles/addresses should ever be included in the article title name. However, "Mrs. Caroll" does shed some light to this, given how awkward it would be to have that article only at Caroll, and I suppose to French and Italian-speakers, "Levene" and "Solari" by just themselves would be just as awkward.
