Erudito makes a good point. Does every Assassin have to suffer a tragic loss to join the Brotherhood? Because it sure as hell seems like it. [[User:TheForsakenMango|TheForsakenMango]] ([[User talk:TheForsakenMango|talk]]) 02:24, October 5, 2012 (UTC)

No. Altair was inducted at birth, he didn't suffer a tragedy. There are strays within the system that do not experience tragedy or anything tramautic. Desmond is another example, being born into the Brotherhood like Altair... Ezio was born into the Brotherhood as well, but wasn't inducted until much later but I will give you that he experienced tragedy. But there are just enough Assassins that didn't experience tragedy that did join the Assassins.. Shaun Hastings was inducted into the Assassin Order by Rebecca Crane but he never experienced a tragedy, he just would've been killed if it wasn't for her. I thought the ones born into the Brotherhood went without saying, but I wasn't being literal, I was being facetious. I know there were mentally stable assassin's in the Brotherhood, I just tried to be a little funny. Anyways, this is an article about Clint Beastwood, not the mentally unstable, so we should probably get back to that.
