Santana

Santana was a racing horse ridden by Icarus of the Prasina Green in the Lageion Hippodrome in Kanopos, Egypt, during the reign of the pharaoh Ptolemy XIII.^[1]

According to the speech of a man at the memorial of Icarus, the charioteer rode Santana and Abraxas to victory in over 500 races. ^[1]

Trivia[]

Both Abraxas and Santana are a reference to the 1970 album Abraxas by Santana.
