Eivor came upon a scene of baptism.

Eivor passed by a scene of baptism, with a nun, a priest and some peasants.
- Anglo-Saxon Man: Abase yourself, worms! Faith is all that stands between you and damnation! Repent now and be forgiven, or burn in Hell for eternity! And eternity, I assure you, is a very long time! You might think going down to the market and back takes a while, but that's nothing to eternity! So watch out!
The neophyte peasants aired their consciences to him.
- Anglo-Saxon Woman 1: I am heavy with sin! I need guidance!
- Anglo-Saxon Man 1: Pater noster, qui es in caelis, sanctificetur nomen tuum.
- Anglo-Saxon Man 2: How can I believe when the Danes are knocking at our doors?
- Anglo-Saxon Man 1: Faith is our salvation! Faith will bring us to the Lord!
- Anglo-Saxon Man 3: I want to join, but my wife won't have it! Should I leave her?
- Anglo-Saxon Man 1: Faith will show you the way! Make the right choice!
He noticed Eivor across the way.
- Anglo-Saxon Man: You there! Dane! Come and be saved!
Eivor approached him.
- Eivor: Don't you get tired of all that yelling?
- Anglo-Saxon Man: Welcome, heathen. Praise God, who has brought you here to join us.
- Eivor: My ship is not steered by your god.
- Anglo-Saxon Man: Cease your blasphemy! You have been summoned by God to be baptized! Submit or pay the price!
- Eivor: And how do you plan to make me?
- Anglo-Saxon Man: Faith is our weapon, and the only one we need.
- Eivor: Your threats aren't worth the breath of my arse.
- Anglo-Saxon Man: We'll see about that. Faith! Cleanse this pagan scum!
The large nun attacked Eivor.
- Faith: Sinner! Die at the hands of Faith!
- Eivor: Think twice, nun. I won't be dying today.
- Faith: Smite the unbelievers! Smite them till they're smoten!
- Eivor: Are you so keen to meet your god?
- Faith: The only good heretic is a very dead heretic!
- Eivor: Odin's spear! Did your father mate with an ox?
- Faith: Salvation through pain! Come get some!
Eivor defeated Faith.
- Eivor: Is that the best your god can give? People will worship anyone these days.
- Anglo-Saxon Man 1: Faith! Faith...! You monster, how could you? She was so sweet, gentle, and delicate!
- Anglo-Saxon Woman 2: Great! Now I have to find someone else to tell me what to do.
At some point, Eivor found a note about the nun.

In the waters behind the priest, Eivor noticed the floating bodies of several Danes, presumably killed by Faith.
Outcome[]
Eivor defeated Faith the nun.
Behind the scenes[]
Faith fights like a 'Goliath' elite enemy type and can be countered with the same strategies and abilities, including Rush & Bash. Defeating her non-lethally (i.e. with an unarmed right hand, both for good measure) still results in being treated like Eivor outright killed her, and she will eventually despawn regardless, like most world event NPCs.
