Roux's Remains was a virtual representation of one of Arno Dorian's genetic memories, relived by a Helix initiate through the Helix Navigator.
Description[]
Arno received a letter from the Assassin Council, charging him with assassinating Jacques Roux's lieutenant.
Dialogue[]
Arno read a letter from the Council.
- Letter: Les Enragés were a loose amalgram of extremist radicals. They were lead by Jacques Roux who famously incited food riots. Assassinate one of Jacques Roux's lieutenants preaching to a crowd of sans culottes in the courtyard of Hotel de Cluny.
Arno made his way to the Hôtel de Cluny, where he found the lieutenant speaking to the sans-culottes.
- Lieutenant: The Revolution has taken a wrong turn, citizens! It is left to us to set it on the right path! Jacques Roux showed the way! These bourgeois politicians only listen money and the sword, and we don't have any money! These bastards don't care if you starve; they don't care if you freeze; they don't care if you die! They're as bad as any king! Where is our food? Where is our bread? They've got the bread! They've got money! They've got the guns! But not for long, citizens! Let us go take them!
Arno assassinated Roux's lieutenant and escaped.
Outcome[]
Arno assassinated the lieutenant, preventing him starting a violent riot.
