Polyphemos Cyclops Bludgeon
The Polyphemos Cyclops Bludgeon was a legendary heavy weapon which was said to be deadly to all but immortals. Apparently forged in an Isu vault on the Greek island of Andros, the weapon was kept along with the cyclops Brontes in a vault on the Isle of Thisvi. During the Peloponnesian War, the Spartan misthios Kassandra bested the beast in battle and claimed the weapon for herself.[1]

Behind the scenes[]
The name of the weapon references Polyphemos, a cyclops who crossed paths with Odysseus in Homer's Odyssey.
Polyphemos Cyclops Bludgeon, a weapon in Assassin's Creed: Odyssey, is based on the French Voulge, a bladed polearm from the Middle Ages rather than a bludgeon. This style of weaponry is anachronistic for the setting of the game, but in-franchise staple of Precursor origins is used to explain this away.
Datamined files show that a working name for this weapon was "Cursed Cyclopean Club" with the description "The Cyclops who wielded this mighty weapon had an eye for quality".
