Percé is a small town located in Quebec, Canada.
A humble fishing community founded in the 18th century by the French, Percé nevertheless featured a sizable encampment of soldiers. The town also boasted a harbormaster's station, a general store and a tavern, the Sainte-Agathe.
In the mid-18th century however, King George's forces were claiming more and more land;[1] eventually, Percé was captured by the British with the help of the Assassin-turned-Templar Shay Cormac.[2] Sometime after, Shay prevented an Assassin attack on local businessman David Borgen, who, in his efforts to help remote settlements grow, had provided support to local Templar leaders.[3]
Trivia[]
- The name Percé is French for "pierced", referencing the nearby rock formation with a large hole in it. Said rock formation is featured in Assassin's Creed: Rogue, although historically it would have had two holes at the time.
