After Cesare Borgia's brother and banker Juan was assassinated, Ezio Auditore returned to the Rosa in Fiore.
Dialogue[]
Ezio returned to the brothel to find two courtesans standing outside and crying.

Ezio rushed inside. Upon entering the brothel, he was surprised to find the floor littered with dead Borgia guards who had followed the courtesans. He then spotted Claudia standing over the corpses holding a bloody dagger.
- Claudia: What?
- Ezio: My sister knows how to wield a knife.
- Claudia: And I am ready to do it again.
- Ezio: Spoken like a true Auditore.
- Maria: Finally, you two came to your senses. It's about time.
Outcome[]
Ezio realized his sister was capable of handling herself when she protected her girls from pursuing Borgia guards, resolving his overprotective attitude toward her.
