Of Sharks and Spartans was a virtual representation of one of Kassandra's genetic memories, relived by Layla Hassan through the Portable Animus HR-8.5.
Description[]
A Spartan spy wanted Kassandra's help with some weapons in an ocean full of sharks.
Dialogue[]
Kassandra noticed a job posted on a message board.
- Note:
Athenians are excellent runners. They run away so often, their boats have holes.
She sought out the Spartan soldier and addressed him.
- Kassandra: You left a note on the board. What's happened?
- Man: An Spartan ship was sunk just off the coast. The warriors on board will never see battle again, but their weapons still could. The ship was carrying a chest with their gear.
- Kassandra: So go get them.
- Man: Spartans weren't made for fighting the sharks in these waters.
- Kassandra: You want me to go diving for it?
- Man: That would be the idea, yes.
(Accept – I'll bring it to you.)
- Kassandra: I'll take care of it.
- Man: Please, get it done.
- Kassandra: Leave it to me.
Kassandra dove into the ocean and recovered the weapons. Afterwards, she returned to the soldier.
- Man: Did you get it?
- Kassandra: It's all yours.
- Man: Thank you, mercenary. Now, your reward.
- Kassandra: Thank you.
(Accept – I'll handle it.)
- Kassandra: I'll handle this.
- Man: Please, get it done.
- Kassandra: I'll come back when I'm done.
Kassandra dove into the ocean and killed the sharks. Afterwards, she returned to the soldier.
- Man: You're back. Have you killed them?
- Kassandra: I took care of them. Every last one.
- Man: Well done! Sparta is in your debt. Here, as thanks.
- Kassandra: Thank you.
Outcome[]
Kassandra either recovered the weapons or killed the sharks, and in return was rewarded.
