Mairead was a Scottish governess who lived at Beinn Eallair with her husband Ruadh.
Biography[]
Survivor of a Templar siege, Mairead and Ruadh continued to tend to the fort's needs and remained loyal to the only surviving clan member, Sören. As time went on, they welcomed Sören's newfound mercenary group as a part of the clan. By 1296, the couple continued to care for the fortress and even hosted the young Child of Fal Fillan. Mairead took care of any cooking duties[1] but was not shy to rebuff any comment on her food; when the Scottish Assassin spy Deorsa visited and insulted her bread, Mairead retorted by spitting at his feet.[2]
