Madame Charpentier (1848 – 1904) was an French bird-keeper and an ally to the Paris Assassins during the Franco-Prussian War. During the war, she aided the Assassins by granting the Master Assassin Michel Moulin and British Assassin Simeon Price access to pigeon carriers. After the burning of Le Bourget, the madame allowed the Assassins to intercept a coded message from the Austrian Templar Countess Konstanze von Visler to the French Templar Victoire L'Estocq regarding the next steps for France's new government.[1]
