The Lakonian Staff was a staff made in the 5th century BCE Lakonia, made from the wood of the Lakonian forest. As all things related to Sparta, this staff was also crafted with battle and war in mind, and it showed.
In 429 BCE, the Spartan misthios Kassandra returned to Sparta with her mother, Myrrine. At their home, she found this staff.[1]
