John McKinly (24 February 1721 – 31 August 1796) was a physician and President of Delaware during the American Revolutionary War.
In 1777, the British Army took control of the colony. The Colonial Assassins found the capture of the capital city Wilmington suspicious, so they kidnapped McKinly for questioning.
