Jacob or Evie kidnapped Harley.

- Jacob: Your fame reaches beyond scandal sheets, sir.

- Jacob: Save your excuses for the police.
Evie's interaction would be slightly different.

- Evie: The police.

Jacob or Evie delivered Harley to Sergeant Frederick Abberline.
