Georg von Frundsberg (24 September 1473 – 20 August 1528), was a German knight and Landsknechte leader in the service of the Imperial Habsburg dynasty of the Holy Roman Empire.
Considered to be Maximilian I's greatest knight, he unknowingly worked together with Ezio Auditore da Firenze's Italian Assassin recruits to train Swiss mercenaries, who would combat the forces of Rodrigo Borgia's Papal Guard.
