Egg Hunt was a virtual representation of one of Eivor Varinsdottir's genetic memories, relived by Layla Hassan through the Portable Animus HR-8.5.
Description[]
Eivor met with Alwin to participate in Ravensthorpe's egg hunt.
Dialogue[]
Eivor approached Alwin, intrigued about the hunt.
- Eivor: Alwin. You mentioned something about an egg hunt?
- Alwin: I did indeed! But it will be much more than a simple search for eggs. This will require a sound mind and a keen eye.
- Eivor: This seems like an activity for children.
- Alwin: It is! That's why I made it extra challenging. I had Alvis write the clues as riddles and made sure to hide the eggs in difficult-to-find areas. Here is your first clue to start the hunt.
Riddle
- The hunt is on and the eggs are hidden.
For most of them you will need your vision.
Six of them will get a clue.
The other nine will be up to you.
When all fifteen eggs you have found,
Return them to Alwin, safe and sound.
Riddle
- I - "A symbol of conquerors, to greatness they aspired. It stands now in ruin, their rule long expired."
II - "Old, new, and some long since rotten. Here they lie gone, not forgotten."
III - "Music, merriment and mead abound. But keep your wits, there are eggs to be found."
Riddle
Eivor went and found 15 hidden egg baskets dotted around Ravensthorpe.
- Eivor: This should be the last one.
She returned to Alwin.
- Alwin: And how goes the hunt?
- Eivor: I have found many, but only you will know if I've found them all.
- Alwin: Fair enough. Show me your eggs.
Rivor handed him the eggs she'd found.
- Alwin: You have indeed found them all! You see, Eivor? Sometimes it's as important to test your logic and perception, just as much as your skill with a blade.
Outcome[]
Eivor found 15 eggs and returned them to Alwin.
