Dressing up for Charon was a virtual representation of one of Kassandra's genetic memories, relived by Layla Hassan through the Portable Animus HR-8.5.
Description[]
Kassandra went to look for an Athenian armor for the funeral of Timotheos' father.
Dialogue[]
Kassandra reached the village mentioned by Timotheos, and identified the merchant who sells armor.
- Kassandra: Found him!
She walked over to the merchant.
- Kassandra: Chaire. Would you happen to have any Athenian armor in your shop? It's for Diokles's burial.
- Street Vendor: Timotheos can buy his father's armor back if he likes. Won't be cheap though.
- Kassandra: What do you mean?
- Street Vendor: Diokles sold me his armor not too long ago.
- Kassandra: Timotheos said his father's armor was stolen.
- Street Vendor: Well, I have it here and I'm no thief. I also have another set of Athenian armor. Not as nice, but it'll do for the burial.
- Kassandra: I'll take Diokles's armor.
- Street Vendor: You'll find it in the chest upstairs. Pleasure doing business with you.
- Kassandra: I'll take the cheaper armor.
- Street Vendor: Figures a mercenary would choose the cheap armor. Here you go.
- Kassandra: I'll take both sets of armor.
- Street Vendor: Here's the Athenian armor. Diokles' armor is upstairs.
- Kassandra: Diokles' armor should belong to his son. Hand it over.
- Street Vendor: Laughs. You think you can threaten me? It's not like I store a set that valuable with my normal wares. You'll find it over my dead body.
- Kassandra: That's a chance I'm willing to take.
Kassandra killed the merchant and found a set of Standard Athenian Armor on his body.
- Kassandra: Standard Athenian armor. I could bring this back to Timotheos. Or I could look around for his father's armor.
- Kassandra: I should be ready to meet Lykinos and Timotheos at the funeral.
Outcome[]
Kassandra either recovered Diokles' Armor and/or a cheaper replacement.
Trivia[]
- Alternatively players can just climb the roof of the merchant's house and steal the armor without talking to the merchant.
