This article is about the multiplayer character. You may be looking for Crusaders.
"A powerful foe with arms like tree trunks and a sword the size of a mountain, the Crusader has come to convert by any means necessary. Adorned in plate-mail armor as impregnable as his convictions, he walks with utter pride and courage wherever he goes, secure in the belief that so long as he lives, others must die."
Ubisoft description.

The Crusader (real name: Haras) was an Animi Avatar in the second stage of Abstergo's Animi Training Program, available to those who pre-ordered certain editions of Assassin's Creed: Revelations. He is also available after a system update, and wielded a claymore as his specialty weapon.

Unique Moves

The Crusader had several unique moves:

(Low Profile, Front)

The Crusader casually walks up to his target and unsheathes his longsword. Before the target can defend themself he smacks the sword's hilt into their face, knocking them off balance. The Crusader then uses this advantage to impale his target's stomach with his sword, killing them.

(Low Profile, Back)

The Crusader quickly walks behind his victim and draws his sword. He then slashes the weapon across their spine, forcing them to their knees. He then follows through with his attack by wedging the sword into the right of their abdomen. The Crusader then frees his blade by forcing the target forwards with his foot.

(High Profile, Front)

The Crusader runs up to his target quickly and back hands them with a mailed hand, spinning his victim around. With their back facing him, the Crusader draws his sword and slashes it down into the target's shoulder. He then removes his sword and sheathes it as his target crumples to the floor.

(High Profile, Back)

The Crusader runs up behind his target and draws his longsword. He then proceeds to trip up the target with the flat of his blade, forcing them onto their back. The Crusader then slashes his target's stomach with the blade, leaving them dying of blood loss.

(Bench Kill)

The Crusader grabs his seated target's foot and drags them off the bench, until their head rests against it. Before his victim can do anything to defend themselves, the Crusader forcefully kicks them in the face, violently sending their head backwards and breaking his target's neck on the bench behind them.

(Aerial Kill)

The Crusader leaps from above and draws his sword in midair. He slams into his target, his armor's weight aiding him as he plunges his sword into his victim's heart, killing them instantaneously.
