Kassandra wielding the Ceremonial Mace
The Ceremonial Mace was a type of mace used in 5th century BCE, primarily in religious ceremonies.
During the Peloponnesian War, the mace was obtained by the Spartan misthios Kassandra over the course of her travels throughout Greece.[1]
