This category lists Pages with reference errors on this wiki.
If an article is in this category, it means one or more of the references used has an error.
Some common errors (and their respective fixes) are
- Cite error: Invalid <ref> tag; [...] name defined multiple times with different content
- Check if the content is the same but defined with a small difference (say one has the game linked while the other refernce links only the memory because the game had been linked before) if so, just replace the latter use with the appropriate <ref name = "[...]" />. If, however, they are completely different but for some reason share the same ref name, rename the references, preferably being more specific ("Database Ezio Initiates" over just "Database Ezio", for example).
- Cite error: Closing </ref> missing for <ref> tag
- Simply close the ref (add </ref> to the end of it).
- Cite error: Invalid <ref> tag; no text was provided for refs named [...]
- Substitute the original use of <ref name = "[...]" /> for <ref name = "[...]">Game – Memory</ref>, for example.
- Cite error: Invalid <ref> tag; invalid names, e.g. too many
- The ref name used either lacks or does not close their quotations. Add them and this error will disappear.
