Azaes was an Isu and the youngest son of Poseidon, the ruler of Atlantis.

In a simulation created by Aletheia, Azaes was a physician and served as one of the Archons of the city, like his brothers Ampheres and Gadiros.[1]

  • Azaes is mentioned by Plato in Critias as one of the ten kings of Atlantis and the twin brother of Diaprepes.
  • Azaes' name is negative of the Greek word ζαής, which means 'stormy, strong-blowing'.
