Downloadable content (also known as DLC) refers to content released separately from Assassin's Creed II. The first DLC, entitled Battle of Forlì, was released January 28th, 2010. Whilst the second one, entitled Bonfire of the Vanities, was released on February 18th, 2010.

Both DLC packs fill the previously missing memory blocks that were originally cut from the game's design.
