Assassin's Creed Brotherhood: Official Game Guide is the strategy guide for Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood. It was written by James Price and Zy Nicholson with the foreword written by producer Vincent Pontbriand. Published by Piggyback, it was released on 16 November 2010.

It tells mostly everything about Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood, including a walkthrough of all the sequences in the game, along with help with controls, side quests, multiplayer, and a detailed analysis of all things inside the game.

The Collector's Edition comes in a hardcover featuring unique cover art developed exclusively for this edition.
