Amenhotep's mummy
Amenhotep was an Egyptian man who served as the most trusted clerk of the nomarch Tefibi III.
After his death, his body was mummified and buried in a chamber within the Nomarch's Tomb in the Black Desert. Years later in the mid-1st century BCE, his mummy was found by the Medjay Bayek of Siwa.[1]
