I no longer see them when interacting with him.
If they aren't my theory is that Ubisoft nixed them recently because it was 'costing' them microtransaction revenue, like how they abandoned social glitches in Syndicate.
They will probably cut off multiplayer support for Unity eventually, but the games are all mostly singleplayer. In this case it was the inverse.
Clay Kaczmarek was the Assassin captured by Abstergo Industries before Desmond Miles became an Animus test subject.
The fate of Clay Kaczmarek (Subject 16) is a stark warning of the dangers of prolonged, unregulated exposure to the Animus. Having attained many different ancestors, he suffered extreme forms of the Bleeding Effect. Working against his captors, Clay Kaczmarek hacked into the Animus and uploaded a “living” digital facsimile of his mind to the machine.
Exhausted, paranoid and suffering from too many overlapping identities, he committed suicide some days later. His final act was to use his own blood to smear messages and symbols on to the walls the Abstergo laboratory in the hope that an Assassin blessed with the sixth sense (Eagle Vision) which turns out to be Desmond Miles (Subject 17) whom later read them.
Clay Kaczmarek observed his successor Desmond from his first Animus experiences, looking for opportunities to communicate with him. When the two meet in the Animus test program after the events of Brotherhood. Clay Kaczmarek guides his fellow Assassin through negating the Bleeding Effect and regaining consciousness in the real world.
The Lost Archive DLC reveals that Clay’s capture by Abstergo agents was ordered by William Miles. With assistance from sleeper agent Lucy Stillman. Subject 16, the infamous Clay Kaczmarek was to use the opportunity to gather intelligence within Abstergo’s Italian research facility, - and later, to escape the horrific entrapment of the Templar Order, slash Abstergo Industries slash Ubisoft!
By the time he learned of Lucy’s betrayal, the Bleeding Effect had robbed him out of his former ability. With no hope of escape, and initial reluctance, he eventually agreed to Juno’s request that he sacrifice himself to aid Desmond Miles.

Assassin's Creed: Jade
This game is literally another step towards next gen mobile gaming. Especially the smooth animation and parkour.
The worst thing about most of the mobile games which disappoints me is that they just make the game's graphics good and forget about the smooth animation but this game carries both console level graphics and smooth animation which is a really great job.
A huge open world allows you to explore the ancient China , The Great Wall and alot more.
The CO-OP multiplayer mode let to play with your friends as a team and take down your enemies together.
The game offers both multiplayer and solo gameplay style so for those who want to play and explore solo there are many quests and options for them.
Challenging and interesting events , duggan , quests and alot more to keep you entertaining.
Variety of outfits , equipments , skins and weapons.
A whole skill tree to unlock new assassin skills.
Intresting storyline to play.
Well the combat style and animation is good just need some more improvement on stealth combat like more ways to perform stealth takedown is needed.
The parkour is really awesome the running style may bother you as it's running is slow and feels like player is Jogging , hope soo developers will fix it.
I hope soo they'll keep improving the game and especially with optimization.
This game has alot of potential to change the way mobile gaming was before , these are the type of games which should really be supported and promoted.
Exactly work Level infinity and Ubisoft!

Here is my list of the events that would probably see during the September event, this post has spoilers.
Assassin's Creed: Rift
According to some rumors, the game will be set in Baghdad during the Islamic Golden Age, and Basim's background story before meeting Sigurd and Eivor but others said that it would be focused on the foundation of the Assassins by Hasan-i Sabbah, for the modern-day storyline we don't know for certain due to Layla's death, I think on both theories because it could be a bridge with the story of Bayek, Kassandra, and Eivor with Altaïr's story.
Assassin's Creed: Infinity
This is another anticipated game that could be a multiplayer game and it will explore other settings that the franchise hasn't explored, I think that it will be about the Helix Software but what Ubisoft is wanting to know is that it would the Assassin's Creed version of Valorant, I think it will be set during the modern-day events we have seen with Charlotte and Layla, the memories could be from the Settings we have discovered and the Settings that we haven't discover including some memories that we featured the Irish Assassin or the Roman Assassin.
Assassin's Creed I (Remastered)
The first game is the most requested game that has to be remastered, but I think it would be probable, also it could close the chapter of the Hidden Ones, I think that would be reserved for the end.
The Netflix Projects
Ubisoft is doing three series with Netflix based upon the franchise, this will be an Animated Series, an Anime series, and a Live-Action series, but we don't know anything about the storyline or the setting for the Animated and the Anime series, for the Live-Action series it would be a continuation of the 2016 film's story.
To all our readers, fellow fans, and editors alike,
It will not have escaped your attention that in July 2020, journalist Jason Schreier revealed that accusations of sexual harassment and abuse has been occurring within Ubisoft studios around the world. This was followed in the succeeding months by numerous testimonies, all of which are too aberrant to ignore. A year later, although steps have been taken to remove the accused executives, journalist Thierry Mestayer reports that Ubisoft has taken only the most meagre steps to curb the toxic culture in which the company's employees operate, and more accounts continue to surface.
In a joint decision, the international Assassin's Creed wikis have decided to unite in the face of Ubisoft's lack of accountability and to give our support for the employees affected by this toxic culture. While we will not stop providing you with Assassin's Creed lore content, we have chosen to invest more energy in creating and updating pages about the developers and studios behind Assassin's Creed games, as well as highlighting community members such as the AC Sisterhood initiative.
It is important that the developers behind the games we play can work in a safe and healthy environment.
