With the new trailer, we saw that Stonehenge will be in AC: Valhalla. This remembers something from Syndicate.
You can see on the top-left corner that there is a map of the British Island with two pictures, one on the bottom-left corner of the map and one on the top-right corner. The first one is Stonehenge, the second is the Castle of Lindisfarne, the first location that the Vikings raid in 793.
Do you think it was a hint of the future game or only a coincidence?
I'm new to the franchise. I've played AC Syndicate and AC 2. I know all the story of other games btw. I haven't played other games but have seen the gameplay walkthrough of others except for Unity, Rogue, Origins and Odyssey. Actually I'm not into Origins or Odyssey. I felt Unity and Syndicate are similar in gameplay and textures. Is it so?
To keep myself from losing my mind during quarantine, I’ve been replaying the “Assassin’s Creed” games. Doing this has made me fall in love with the series, characters, and story all over again.
I decided to replay “AC3” and “Black Flag” on my Nintendo Switch through their respective Remastered editions ... and I’m loving it! Normally, when I play the Switch version of a game, (I.e. “The Witcher III: Wild Hunt”, “Mortal Kombat 11”) there is a significant difference in graphics and performance that I notice when I compare it to my PS4 and Xbox One copies. I honestly couldn’t tell that I was playing on a Switch when I played “Black Flag” due to how beautifully it ran!
I think that Ubisoft did a fantastic job of bringing these games over to the Switch, but this got me thinking...
Do you think that there’s any possibility that Ubisoft will re-release “Unity” and/or “Syndicate” on the Switch? I wonder whether or not the demand from fans is there. My friends thought that “Unity” and “Syndicate” were hot garbage, but I really enjoyed them (despite their faults) and would love to play them again on Switch.
