Has anyone not thought about a AC game set in the Mongol Empire during Genghis Khan’s rule? We already have the Assassin (the one in Villa Auditore’s basement) AND the major Templar antagonist (Genghis Khan, since the pedestal’s description read that our Assassin killed Genghis Khan with an arrow). And it’s not like it hasn’t been done before. Aya, deuteragonist of AC Origins, comes from one of the statues of Villa Auditore.

Where is the sequel to Origins confirmed?

@Andrewh7 No sequel to Origins is confirmed anywhere. Assassin's Creed Empire is known to be a development code name for Origins. So I'm pretty sure he is just trolling.

Maybe because they know it actually doesn’t need a sequel since Odyssey is its sequel.

Of course Assassins Creed VR isnt Odyssey's sequel don’t be silly, Valhalla is. The only prequels done in the series are transmedia, there hasn’t been a video game prequel yet.
